At The Voegele Historic Lofts, we believe in the power of reinvention—both in the buildings we restore and the community we’re proud to be part of. 

Our journey began decades ago with a passion for real estate development and a deep appreciation for the character and craftsmanship of historic spaces. From my early days growing up in nearby Wooster to my years working in Columbus in housing development and finance Mansfield has always been on my radar. In fact, I was part of the original conversion of the Voegele Building from commercial to residential use nearly 30 years ago. When the opportunity arose to make Mansfield my home and take ownership of this special property, I knew I wanted to be part of the Voegele's next chapter.
